Official Transition from Navica to Flexmls
Post-launch: Ongoing
You will receive an email to pre-claim your Hive dashboard account beginning in early October. Continual reminders will be sent. All users need to claim their dashboard account. The email will come from info@hivemls.com and have the subject line 'Welcome to your NEW Hive MLS Member Dashboard'. Your dashboard is where you will access all of your Hive tools.
During this period, you will still enter/edit listings in Navica as normal. There are no changes to your day-to-day workflow in Navica up until November 9. You will be able to access the Hive Flexmls system in a read-only mode and explore during this time, but West Metro listings will not be visible quite yet.
During this weekend, both systems (Navica and Flexmls) will be in a read-only mode. This is a necessary migration period where data is being moved over into the Hive Flexmls system. You will still be able to view listings in the Navica system, but not able to add or edit any listing during this temporary time.
This is when you will officially begin adding and editing listings in the Hive Flexmls system and Navica is READ ONLY! You will use your dashboard to access Flexmls and all your new Hive tools and resources, using the pre-claim credentials you received in early October.
Continual training and support is offered by Hive MLS to ensure a smooth transition.
