Once you've completed orientation, watch for an email from info@hivemls.com titled 'Welcome to your NEW Hive MLS Member Dashboard'. Your dashboard will be the doorway to Hive tools and Flexmls.

Important Notices to be Aware Of
Compliance fines for West Metro subscribers will not begin until January 22, 2027. We want you to have ample time to get comfortable using our systems. Before then, you may receive notices about listing compliance issues on your listings to help you become familiar with Hive MLS Rules and Regulations. You are here
You will receive an email to pre-claim your Hive dashboard account beginning in October (after you complete your orientation course). Continual reminders will be sent. All users need to claim their dashboard account. The email will come from info@hivemls.com and have the subject line 'Welcome to your NEW Hive MLS Member Dashboard'. Your dashboard is where you will access all of your Hive tools, including Flexmls.
During this period, you will still enter/edit listings in Navica as normal. There are no changes to your day-to-day workflow in Navica up until November 9. You will be able to access the Hive Flexmls system in a read-only mode and explore during this time, but West Metro listings will not be visible quite yet. Make sure to complete your orientation to gain access.
During this weekend, both systems (Navica and Flexmls) will be in a read-only mode. This is a necessary migration period where data is being moved over into the Hive Flexmls system. You will still be able to view listings in the Navica system, but not able to add or edit any listing during this temporary time.
This is when you will officially begin adding and editing listings in the Hive Flexmls system and Navica is READ ONLY! You will use your dashboard to access Flexmls and all your new Hive tools and resources, using the pre-claim credentials you received in October.
Continual training and support is offered by Hive MLS to ensure a smooth transition.
Top Questions
When do I stop entering listings in Navica?
> Continue your normal Navica workflow until the November 6–8 migration period. Beginning November 9, listing entry and edits move to Hive Flexmls.
What happens during November 6-8?
> Both systems will be read-only (Navica and Flexmls) while data is moved into Hive Flexmls. You can view listings in Navica, but you cannot add or edit during this temporary period.
When can I begin looking through Flexmls?
> Preview access began October 27. During preview, the system is read-only and West Metro listings are not yet visible. To get into the Hive Flexmls system, make sure you complete your orientation course and then watch for an email from info@hivemls.com to access your new dashboard (where you can access Flexmls).
I use dotloop, can I autofill listing information?
> Yes! You can populate specific listing information in dotloop using their autofill feature. Read the help article here.
What information carries over from Navica to Flexmls?
> Listings (including history events)
> Contacts (contacts with no email address were not transferred)
What information will not convert from Navica to Flexmls?
> Incomplete (Partial) Listings
> Custom Search Templates, custom exports, custom views (Note: these are easily customizable in Flex. Please see the Flex short video library for tutorials)
> Custom Map Shapes/Overlays
> Listing Collections/Carts
> Saved Searches
