He’s been on a mission ever since to make every video and class as practical, painless, and funny as possible. Once described as a "robotic Norm MacDonald", Jeff spends his free time as an amateur knifemaker and an amateur photographer (see his work here).

With a voice made for radio and enough southern charm to fill a front porch conversation, he brings warmth and authenticity to everything he does. What truly makes him happy is seeing others succeed — whether it’s helping someone learn something new or sparking a little inspiration.

A veteran of countless Zoom sessions, he has mastered the art of strategic snoring during training classes and providing encouragement with perfectly timed tail thumps. He also handles perimeter security—alerting staff to critical threats such as squirrels, deer, and the occasional Amazon driver. Known affectionately as "Farty McFly", he continues to lift spirits and lower air quality across the virtual office.
