As a part of the Hive Flexmls transition, you may begin receiving compliance notices regarding listings and MLS rules.
Please note that these notices are intended to help you learn the system requirements and update listings as needed during the transition period. No fines will be issued until after the 30-day grace period ends on June 22.

Exciting changes are here! The REALTORS® of Greater Augusta Flexmls was upgraded with the Hive Flexmls platform on MAY 11th bringing a faster, smarter, and more connected MLS experience to your business.

This upgrade also includes the Relevate Dashboard, your new central hub designed to streamline your workflow and connect you to the full suite of tools and resources offered by Hive MLS.

How to
Log In

Make sure you've claimed your Relevate dashboard account in an email from info@hivemls.com with the subject line "Welcome to your NEW Hive MLS Member Dashboard". Registration is REQUIRED for all users to access the Hive toolset.

Follow the steps in the email. Your username will be pre-filled and you will just need to set up a password.

You have now successfully set up your credentials to access the Hive dashboard. This is where you will access your Hive Flexmls to add/edit listings and all your other new tools. ​Dashboard URL to log in: www.hivemls.relevateone.com

You will receive an email to pre-claim your Relevate dashboard account beginning April 30 and continual reminders will be sent. All users MUST claim their dashboard account. The email will come from info@hivemls.com and have the subject line 'Welcome to your NEW Hive MLS Member Dashboard'. Please follow the directions for pre-claim in the email.
This is a preview period to begin viewing the Hive Flexmls, meaning you will still enter/edit listings in the Augusta system as normal, but you will also be able to see the Hive Flexmls system.
Note: During the preview period, be prepared to use two separate browsers as you already do logging into Aiken MLS (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.) – one for the Augusta side and one for the new regional side, ncr.flexmls.com. (More details below)
New login dashboard goes live with all tools through the regional system, Hive.
This is the migration period beginning at 9 am! Augusta Flex will be READ ONLY! You will be unable to add/edit any listing during this temporary timeframe.

During the migration period (May 8-11), agents can still view listings and schedule showings in ShowingTime in the Augusta Flexmls.
New Hive Flexmls system is LIVE at 8 am! You will begin adding and editing listings in Hive Flexmls. Access your resources and Flexmls using your dashboard. (hivemls.relevateone.com)
